World at large, see and lust
Always on the fringes, smiles by my side
I saw,
A Yogi danced as Heron died,
Revolution he sang, revolution he saw
Sneered, jeered, his snide revered
White man on the moon,
Arab springs, India shine
Revolution finally televised?
American scripts, from art to life?
I saw,
A Yogi danced as Hussain died
Cheered, peered, lines and strokes revered
Indian myth, freedom decreed
R.I.P, the one exiled
I saw,
A Yogi danced, as bigotry survived
Revolution with equivocations,
glorified elocutions
For you televised, with pause and rewind.
What do they feed you these days?
ReplyDeleteThat was absolutely brilliant! Seriously! Maybe being overfed, over worked, underpaid and under-slept has it's benefits. Didn't know you wrote poetry. Maybe there is some mystery about you after all! :D Cheers!

ReplyDeletewas that a subtle reference to your physical boundaries outnumbering the scope of normal human vision?
Sharing any recent pictures could probably answer that.
