Live, to be

And let us not, not just yet, make time an obsolete dimension my friend. For, of course, it were to be, won't I love to be seventy already.

For, of course, if it were to be, won't you and I love to leave some of these years behind.

But let us not, not just yet, trade our days of being.., for a beguiling promise of that which may be.

For, of course, if it were to be, won't you and I, love to live, just this once, some of the years now behind.

But let us not, not just yet, trade our days of being.., for a life - that ours once has been.

For, of course, and so it is, we live this last day, we live this once, like a life to be.
